Australia deliveries:

  • $15 standard post shipping on orders within Australia
  • FREE Shipping on all orders over $99.00
  • Australia Post-delivery
  • Dispatch is within 1-3 business days of placing your order


International deliveries:

  • For all international orders, you will need to pay for all postage, import taxes, duties tariffs (if any), as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

    Returns:

    We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email by using our contact us page and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

    If you wish to make a claim relating to your product for damage in transport, we advise that this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods by email.

    Our insurance policy requires a photograph of the goods and the packaging with damage.  In the event that you receive a damaged product, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we sight the damaged product.
